Our world is full of organisations and political structures that impose their opinions, worldly views and expectations upon others. Some of them are good and useful, and keep us safe, some are claustrophobic and confining, while others are conforming a society or nation into a uniform code of compliance.
The world has become a huge interlinked network of social media, and as individuals we tap into a variety of informational sources on a daily basis. Our view of the world is influenced by the media in all its forms, whether television, radio, electronic software or printed material. A large world has now become small as we access global information and thinking with ease. Yet, much is still suppressed as the global media machines feed out the information they wish us to accept as truth.
How we think, and who we think we are, becomes a mixture of beliefs, emotions, feelings and behaviours we encapsulate as part of our physical reality. The influences that form this physical reality are those things we accept as our norm from our interpretations, beliefs and reasoning portrayed to us via multi-media sources. In turn, we often project the energy of our interpretations back into the world as an acceptable standard, often without question or challenge. Our thinking and beliefs adjust to accommodate the latest views. We may judge and analyse objectives and views before we synthesise and incorporate it into our way of being, accepting them as inevitable.
The energy in doing this adds to the compliance of world views. It’s quite cyclic really. How much mass media conform our thinking is relative to how much we accept their views as inevitable. In your own personal thinking, have you ever challenged political or societal dogma? Have you ever questioned why financial institutions have collapsed taking personal monies along with them? Have you ever wanted validation for the behaviour of corporations to tell you what is best for you? As a parent, have you ever questioned the systems and societal expectations that affect your children? Nowadays, I’m sure very few of you reading this will fall into this category, but if you have answered ‘no’ to even one of these you, like many in the world in recent times past, may have been bowing unwittingly to the energy and thought forms being projected upon us.
How often do we hear the words from the mouths of Media such as: slammed; dumped; sacked; fault; blame; responsible; and so on? These thoughts and actions are influential to our next generation. Are they really words we want children to condone? Are they really words for adults to condone and accept as the living norm? Children, especially, are susceptible to the projections of media, education, societal expectations and dogma. The generation of children growing through to young adulthood now are the generation that have been immersed in a media culture from day one. Some children cope, some don’t. Children who are challenging the systems will likely be the leaders in tomorrow’s world. Listen to them and learn. Many of them are awesome wee dudes born with a much deeper DNA awareness already in progress.
There’s something bigger than all of us going on in the world. Media has generally had the ability to suppress and control our thinking for many decades, but somewhere somehow I do think changing thoughts are leaking out and shifting the thinking further away from the unchallenged conformity and potential corruption of humanity. It’s like people are beginning to stand up for decency and respect of humanity more and more. And they are becoming more resistant to the negative global and corporate influences and greed machines.
It is still very subtle but I do believe it is gaining in momentum! I’m not talking about wild revolution, but just quiet personal shifts in people’s awareness at a much deeper level. This runs parallel and evolves with the rising vibration of Mother Earth. Very beautiful but subtle, and definitely non-confrontational. So next time you find yourself posed with a challenging view about politics, dogma, and corporate or global expectations, take a quiet moment to gently shift your energy focus with respect and grace, and focus on a more holistic vision. As each person gently shifts their energy focus and thoughts just slightly, so too will the energy that permeates the Earth start to gradually shift. Thoughts become things.
And Evolution Happens!
